Week 1 — Lettuce Wraps
































Avocado Salsa
4 avocados, diced
3 roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onions, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Sea salt and black pepper to taste


* I used regular on the vine red tomatoes, two. And two avocados. Also, I placed the salsa in iceberg lettuce. If I cook this again I will add sliced chicken to the mix. Overall this was a very refreshing meal/appetizer.
